University of Warwick, SITS Developer
Support the core student systems and fix data and process faults.
University College London
Fixed exam processing and results release for 40,000+ students.
King's College London
Staff disagreed on how to calculate progression. I settled the rules and built them. Assessment efficiency rose 21%.
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Built fees and finance for the short courses programme, with 500+ fee structures. It passed the government compliance audit.
University of Sheffield
Lead developer on the Student Accounting Module. I built fee payment with instalment plans and sponsor payments, with screens for students and staff.
University of Warwick, online applications
Led the online application project. I mapped the process, removed the delays, built it and documented it. Warwick still uses that documentation to train new staff.
Central European University
Lead consultant across admissions, finance and student records. People disagreed on what the system should do, so I settled that first, then rebuilt several slow processes.
Kingston University
Replaced paper admissions for 17,000+ students. It saved the university money every year.

Led the Applicant Portal project. It won an award at the 2015 SITS conference.
